Vacation with Tiffany provides travel planning and booking services, specializing in group travel experiences and personalized trip itineraries.

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our services for your travel needss.

Overview

The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Vacation With Tiffany and the term "you", "client", "passenge" or "traveler" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

By booking your arrangement with us, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement and any additional terms and conditions of any supplier that are applicable to your booking arrangements. The lead passenger assumes the responsibility of sharing these terms and conditions with each passenger in their group, including payment of all amounts when due. It is the responsibility of each passenger to read our terms and conditions in its entirety.
While we do accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, you must provide us a signed charge authorization agreement for every transaction for your trip. Your authorization is a binding agreement for us to charge your card, and as such, you waive any right to a chargeback in the case of cancellation for any cause (excepting fraud), including a force majeure event, as defined herein, and agree to refund policies and procedures as outlined in these terms and conditions. In the event a client attempts to chargeback, reverse or recollect a trip payment already made without our authorization, we reserve the right to collect all additional costs, fees and expenses associated with such chargeback, reversal or recollection, including, without limitation, attorney fees.
Travel insurance protection is Strongly Recommended. As your travel agent, we have a professional responsibility to recommend the purchase of travel protection to protect both you and your vacation. While we do offer coverage through certain carriers, we cannot compare all the policies or companies currently in the marketplace. This responsibility rests solely with you the customer and we advise you to do your research and find coverage that best fits your individual needs. We are limited to advising you of the need for such coverage.
Vacation With Tiffany is simply an intermediary between the Suppliers and the public. We do not own or operate any of, hotels, shore excursions, tours, transportation providers, cruise lines, vessels, airlines, travel protection companies, attractions, or other travel-related Suppliers who provide goods or services for your trip. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to your or your group members as a result of a breach of contract, act or omission whether willful or negligent, criminal or otherwise of any person other than Vacation With Tiffany or its direct employees, including but not limited to these Suppliers, their employees, agents, servants, or representatives.

If there is any part of these terms and conditions that you do not agree with, please do not use our travel services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.

Travel Services

Vacation With Tiffany will provide customized itineraries based on the budget & preferences provided in the client's travel request. This can include flights, transfers, car rental, lodging, and tours, or cruises. The Travel Services fee is non-refundable, and non-transferable. Most proposals can be delivered via email within 72 hours; however, more complicated itineraries and large group trips can take up to 1 week.

Client Obligations

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate information. Additionally, travelers are responsible for ensuring travel documents (i.e., passports and ID) are valid for their travel, and obtaining visas. when necessary. Vacation With Tiffany will not be held liable for any incidents that result from inaccurate information provided by the traveler. You acknowledge responsibility for ensuring your physical and mental fitness for participation, informing the organizer of any medical or dietary needs, and securing travel insurance for medical emergencies, cancellations, and other risks. You also agree to respect local customs and adhere to local laws and safety practices.

Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Clients are required to make an initial deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due according to the agreed-upon payment schedule. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the booking without refund. Payment terms, deposits, and any important deadlines will be outlined in the proposals. Timely payments are required, and failure to comply with any of these responsibilities may result in cancellation without a refund.

Payment Authorization

Clients authorize Vacation With Tiffany to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on each invoice for the noted amount on the authorization date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. Client understands that returns, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of Vacation With Tiffany. In some cases, payments made to Vacation With Tiffany are non-refundable and will be stated as such on the proposals. Clients certify that they are an authorized user of the credit card and that they will not dispute the payment with the credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on the invoice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the terms of our suppliers and may vary based on the type of service booked. These terms are provided in the proposals and the client is responsible for understanding the policy before securing reservations with payment. In certain cases, Vacation With Tiffany will charge a cancellation fee accordingly:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure will incur a $100 per person cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of departure will incur a $250 per person.

Upon cancellation, an invoice will be sent for the cancellation fee and is due immediately. Vacation With Tiffany will process the cancellation request only after the invoice is paid in full.

Liability & Disclaimer

Vacation with Tiffany is not responsible for any losses, damages, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, travel restrictions, and government actions. Additionally, Vacation With Tiffany is not responsible for any complications that may result in the Client providing inaccurate personal details needed to book travel, including but not limited to accurate names on ID/passport, date of birth, gender, etc.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take the utmost care in handling your data and will never share or sell your information with third parties without your consent.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United State of America, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
